New entry for Hugh’s who?

Life is never dull at Taylors filling station. Latest celeb I served was Hugh Grant who was very pleasant with his famous smile. But the best bit was the old geezer who got out of the passenger seat of his shiny new Ferrari. I guess it was his dad who plainly had arthritis and struggled to get out, handed Hugh his walking stick to put in the boot of the car while he hobbled off to the loo. Hugh filled up, paid and then the old boy got into the driving seat and they roared off into the distance.

Big fat zero

That’s how many Olympic tickets I got from the maximum 20 session for which I was allowed to apply. Perhaps I and the other 999,999 in the same boat would be able to swallow that bitter pill a little easier if there were not already hospitality package tickets available for many of those sessions. If demand was so high why allow organisations to buy multiple tickets simply to sell these packages? I don’t think I’ll bother with any other applications.
